Flora, our founder and the heart behind every creation, embarked on her culinary journey at the world-renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School.
She has spent the last six years honing her skills across a diverse landscape — from restaurants and cafés to photography studios, weddings and supper clubs.

Beyond event catering, Flora lends her expertise to menu consulting, offering a fresh perspective to elevate dining experiences in need of new ideas.
Flora regularly takes her work beyond the borders of the UK, cooking anywhere from the South of France, to Kenya and the Bahamas. Her global experience relieves the stress of trying to hunt down a local caterer in your destination so that you can focus on having a good time.
