Who we are

Flora, our Founder, and the heart behind every creation, embarked on her culinary journey at the world-renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School.


She has spent the last six years honing her skills across a diverse landscape — from restaurants and cafés to events, photography studios, weddings and supper clubs.
